I am working and living in the Netherlands and own an airbnb in Ireland. What tax forms do I need to fill out for to do tax returns or ? am I liable for tax since living and working abroad

In my opinion Airbnb is not residential letting and so the above re landlords is not relevant.

You are carrying on a trade in Ireland and so must make a tax return in Ireland.

As a resident of the Netherlands, you may need to make a tax return there also, tax paid in Ireland will most likely be allowed as a deduction in that.
