tax on goods from the US?

hi guys, im looking at importing around 200 personalised shot glasses as favours for our wedding. The total cost is 400$ us, will i have to pay tax on these and if so when is it required to be paid on? on delivery or when i pay for them and who do i apy it to?

There will be import duty and VAT, which will be chargeable when the goods enter the country. You will receive a bill from C&E before the parcel is sent to you.
