Tax + Legal Implications for a'questionable' Business

A friend of mine is looking at setting up a business,which involves working from home,using a web cam and payment by paypal.
They have done some looking into it and there is a market.
What are the legal and/or financial implications to be taken into account?
 
They should just look it like they were self-employed and go talk to an accountant
 
well they have anonther 9-5 job so this would be part-time from time to time.Was hoping they could avoid accountants etc and sort it out on their own
 
I suppose 'Adult Entertainment' would be the best way to describe it really....Thanks for the advce will treat it as adivsed
