Tax Credits

i'm working fulltime, wife part time. At moment I have all the credits/allowances apart from Personal Tax credit of 1830 euro my wife has. Can anyone tell me if she can give that allowance to me or does everyone have to have a set minimum credit. I thought that it can't be given away but the ROS site seems to allow transfers on-line. Anyone know about this?

You are entitled to your personal credit of €1830, her personal credit of €1,830 and your own PAYE credit of €1,830. Her PAYE credit of €1,830 is non transferrable.

Not a tax credit but the basic SRCOP is also not transferrable as far as I know.
