Hi
About to submit taxes for 2023. This will be our 4th year filing taxes as non resident landlords.
A little confused as to whether we will still receive the personal tax credit in year 4.
We are residents in Spain and over 75% of our income is from our property in Ireland, do we still receive the €1775 tax credit in 2023 and beyond?
Revenue says:
We are now NOT ordinary resident but ARE earning >75% of our income in Ireland whilst living in the EU.
But also states:
Tax credits

European Union (EU) citizens or nationals

If at least 75 percent of your worldwide income is taxable in Ireland, you receive full tax credits on a cumulative basis.

Thanks in advance for any feedback you have
