Anyone know how much Tax consultants (on average) charge for one meeting about property tax?

This depends on the complexity, whether additional research is required and whether the advice is required in writing.

My feeling is that you would be looking at Eur 500 upwards. An amount below this might not be worth their while. Take a look at the Insitute of Tax website as their is a list of specialists there. You can always ask for a quote first. (www.taxireland.ie)
