Tax consultant - charge to do CGT calculation

I need to do a CGT calculation on a house I sold last year. I was planning to have a go at it myself but would prefer to give it to a tax consultant to do for accuracy etc.
What kind of money would I have to pay to have this prepared to the point where I can attach the calc to a cheque and send it to Revenue.
The house was a straightforward situation:
Bought approx 10 yrs ago as family residence. Moved to new family residence about 4 years ago and kept the 1st house as an investment. Subsequently sold it last year around October.
I'd appreciate any help and any recomendations on a consultant to do it. I'm based on the southside (close to the KCR in Kimmage)

I would guess about 75 - 100 euro per hour for 2 hours work (assuming no other CGT complications) plus VAT.

What I usually do is have a go at it myself, this helps me source and uncover all the documentation and information I need, then turn the whole lot over for verification and sign-off. It saves (me) time and (my) money.

You will not get too many qualified, trained, experienced, regulated & insured accountants to work for €75-€100 per hour.

You will not get too many either to commit to any CGT case on the basis of a time budget of 2 hours.

You should get something done asap as if the sale was in October the tax was due on 31st January.
