Folks,
I am a PAYE worker, but I have also a small business. I have done work for a government agency in the past and they are now asking for a tax clearance certificate before I can get more work.
Revenue office say I have to register as a company (sole trader ?) inorder to get the certificate, is this true ? Profit for the year would be 12K approx.
