Tax Calculation

I am about to employ someone who is married - his wife does not work. If I pay him €400 per week I imagine this is below the Income Tax threshold so no tax should apply. But what about levies?
I presume I take the employee's PRSI from the Gross to get his net - what is this rate? Also I will have to pay the Employers PRSI - what is this rate?
