Tax back if leaving work and not working in Ireland for rest of year...

Hi,
I was hoping that someone could help me with this. I am finishing up work in August and moving to the UK to return to university. I am wondering if I will get any tax back which I may have over paid, I am currently on the 41% tax bracket due to my commission based job and by August time my total income up until then for 2008 will be 31k approx.
How do I go about getting info on claiming back this tax.

to apply for tax back you must fill in a p50 form from the revenue
