Tax applicable for Broadband

Sorry about this basic question, but at what tax rate is a internet broadband connection levied at? I'm using Irish Broadband and the rate appears to be 21.5% but someone mentioned to me that they pay the 13% service rate.

Does anyone know?

Presumably you mean the VAT rate which is 21.5% on our NTL broadband.
