i'm looking for a good tax advisor , (mainly for Property)

What kind of tax advice do you need? Is it tax planning for the purchase and disposal of property/land or for income tax on rental properties?

Professionally qualified - but I don't think regulated! I am an associate member myself.

i would say there are many good tax advisors on the forum here who would gladly answer your questions on the forum if needs be?
