Tap / Shower

The shower I have is connected to the tap in the bath so when you need a shower you turn on the bath taps and push down on the lead connecting the taps to the shower lead. However it has started to leak.

Does anyone know wher you can get another lead, and also advise if they are easy to fit (Tired Atlantic and B&Q but no joy) ??
