TalkTalk, bills stopped arriving but still providing service

Last bill was recieved in june. Paid in full. No more bills recieved since then (they were monthly). Have contacted customer service a number of times, and they cannot give me any information as to why I was not getting the bills. Always assured me it would be sorted out by the next billing period. Of course that did not happen.

There is no problem with the phone service they continue to provide but of course the bill is getting higher and higher and knowing Talktalk's reputation, I could be accused of non payment. No change of address or contract name and no reason for the absence of the bills.

So what do I do now, other than continue to ring them?
 
E-Mail them AND write to them and keep copies. They also have an on-line facility that allows you to check your bills. I have been using them and have had only 1 billing issue ( they screwed up the transaction payment ).
