My husband is self employed, and is just about to take on someone to work for him also. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what I need to do to get him on the books regarding tax etc? Also, as his wife, I have been working for him for free doing the accounts, but am now in a position to go on the payroll also. How do I go about this? Whats the best place to start? I have been a SAHM for years and am well out of the workforce till now. Thanks for any tips.
