Tailor required to hem trousers...

I need 2 pairs of trousers taken up an inch or two - anyone recommend anyone who is cheap and cheerful to do this, cheaper than the guys off grafton street who are about €12 for one pair, which is pricey enough (I think!).

Anywhere south city centre or southside - Dundrum/ Stillorgan way...

There's a good guy in Harolds Cross - Cutting Alterations - Damian - 496 9503. Not sure how much for a pair of trousers - probably about €10.

There's a tailor in Convent Road, Dunlaoghaire, near the corner opposite Penneys - I don't know how much he charges - I do then myself - tho' not with wondaweb!

Hi Mollser,

You will probably find the amount you mentioned is standard or even cheaper than some

City Tailors in Mary St. are very good but no cheaper than you mention.

Some dry cleaners can arrange alterations also. Like Joan I do them myself.
