Switching providers

Hi,

I am currently on a variable rate of 4.6% and am considering changing providers. Has anyone got any recommendations for me? I am currently with ulster bank. Do anyone other than halifax pay the swithching costs.?

AIB and BOI - you will need to repay the legal fees if you move/redeem your mortgage within 5 years.
