HI Just looking fro advice on switching mortgages to get the best rate possible. I have an investment property I bought 4 years ago thats on interest only. We have just closed on our new house and are going to rent out our apartment thus making it an investment property too.
I just want to make sure we're getting the best deal on the three mortgages and providing theres no penalties from the current banks and the new bank can pay the legal fees I would switch the three mortgages.
Who should I go to for advice on this a Mortgage broker, financial advisor? If one bank where to take on all three mortgages would you get a better deal?
