Looking to switch existing mortgage to different provider. Got the quote below in relation to legal fees and outlays from solicitor i previously used 1 1/2 years ago when initially purchasing the house. Details below approx.

Land registry fee discharge 25
Land registry fee mortgage 125
Certificate of Share and up to date folio 31
Land registry 25
Fee Sealing 35
Searches 110
Commissioners for Oaths 50
Professsional Fee 750 + vat
Can anyone provide any feedback and advice on the above fees and outlays. Didn't realise all of the above where taken into account again so soon after purchase house for a remortgage Explained to solicitor that my circumstances have not changed since last visit. Am trying to negotiate on professional fee. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
