Switching mortgage for cashback deals in 2024

Has anyone done it in 2024, switched 3 or 4 lenders?
Have lenders put any claw backs to if you switch to early you need to return cashback...?

Does anyone know can you get the cashback again on the same mortgage/property from same lenders you were with 2years back?

We've done it 2y ago, AIB to PTSB to EBS, we are now with EBS coming off 2year fixed.

Thinking of going to Haven, BOI, AIB (perhaps to PTSB if I knew we would qualify for cashback again), using same solicitor.

thanks

Any use?

I am a first-time buyer and my plan is the following:

BOI: 1 year fixed - 2% Cashback Plus (~€8000) + €2000 MortgageSaver Bonus (€1340 after DIRT)

Haven: 1 year fixed - €5000 cashback for new customers

(assuming ECB stops cutting rates)
AIB/EBS: 4 years Green Fixed Rate - €3000 cashback for switchers
Alternatively, will stay with Haven if their Green Rate rate is better like it is now

Apparently Haven are extremely slow. As it can take 6m for the switch.
Just bear that in mind. And perhaps switch to fhem if the rate is good a year after all others.
