Switching a sat nav between cars

Hi,

I will be driving in europe in a few weeks and was planning on buying a sat nav to take with me and then use in my own car when I get home.

It it easy to switch between cars? I presume there is no wiring necessary.

1/. Unplug it from power (normally cigarette lighter).

2/. Lift it and the mounting bracket (suction) away.

Dead simple.
