Switching a commerical mortgage

I have a commerical mortgage with BOI, and i find the rates high, is there any other mortgage companys/bank i can swithg to, with lower rates ?

Commercial mortgage rates aren't like residential where rates are published and all customers get the same. Commercial loans are priced on a case-by-case basis depending on the type of property, LTV, nature and strength of the business etc.

What type of business?
What LTV?
What rate are you on at present?
 
Hi boconnor. At present it is very difficult to obtain funding from another commercial institution especially if you are refinancing. The deal would have to be bluechip as I have discovered over the last number of months, through dealing directly with banks on commercial cases.
Depending on the nature of the deal and size, a bank outside of Ireland could be approached. However this is for large mutlimillion deals.
If you could give an outline of your case, it would be helpful. But at this moment and time shopping around is not an option in Irish commercial banks
