Swiss Francs

I am going to Geneva for a couple of days and I was wondering if I should get Swiss Francs, or will euros do? Restraunts, public transport, shops etc

You'll need Swiss franks. Some places may offer to take euro but at a very poor exchange rate.

You don't need to pre-buy them. Get them from an ATM when you arrive in the airport. I find the exchange rate to be much more favourable and you only take out what you need.

One tip: When you arrive in Geneva airport you can get a free ticket good for 80 mins travel on public transport in Geneva from a machine in the baggage collection area. It's at the door as you exit.
