Swilly road Cabra

I'm interested in buying a house on swilly road and I'm wondering what the area is like with regards to anti-social behaviour? It looks like a pretty quiet road but would be great to have some views

I have always been told that the best part of Cabra is the section between the NCR and the Cabra road. Swilly Road is not far off the Cabra Road and with the bus-stops near.

If its the house that I just looked at, well, you can tell that its done up to sell it.

Here is a similar price range but, in my opinion in the better location.

The best thing to do is take a trip there at night during the week and during the weekends. Stop outside the house for an hour or two and then stop outside the local shops, chippers for an hour or two.

If it feels safe, step out of the car, if not stay in the car....eating your chips

I looked at one up there too not so long ago, probably the same house. it seemed like the road might be used as a rat run from rathoath road onto the cabra road which might be something else to beware of.
