SW entitlements, Days cut by 2 to 3 days /wk: What does "claiming on dockets" mean?

I have encurred 4 paycuts over the past 3 years and currently earn almost 50% less than I did in 2007 doing the same job with the same company.

I have just learned that I will be loosing some days work over the next few weeks I will be getting between 2 & 4 days work pr week depending on what we have to do.

It has been mentioned to me that I could claim on dockets(?) for the other days.

I am very unfamiliar with SW payments the only one I have ever received is Childrens Allowance.

So can anybody explain what this is and how I would go about claiming?
