I got the first phase of the PPF.5% in October 2001.and the first phase of the Sustaining Progress 3% in September 2003 that is 8% in four years. What I should have got was 20% over the four years.I am not in a Union.I work for the same company for 42 years.The company are a member of IBEC witch singed up for the agreements. what can I do.
