im in process of buying house in east cork area. does anyone know a competent and reasonable surveyor to do a structural survey for me

yep ... can do...he did me a 29 page report covering everything about the house ....(no other connection to him.)

Anyone got any good surveyors in Limerick area?

Also are there combined surveyors / valuers out there as I need to get both done for the one property and figure it must be cheaper just to get the one outfit?
