Just bought a house and was wondering about having a surveyor look over the property to draw up a snag list.
Does this have to be done before signing contracts, and does sorting out the items on a snag list become a condition of completion. At present have the booking deposit down, with 25,000 to be paid in 2 weeks when contracts are signed.
Also anyone know of a surveyor in Greystones an dhow much should this cost
