Can anyone tell me if it is possible for me to cash in my pension. I was told by my arklife advisor that its not possible, however someone told me that if it was changed to a prsa, i could. I already have a work pension and was looking to transfer this over to it.

If it's a PRSA or personal pension plan or an occupational fund in a scheme of which you were a member for 2+ years (including "transferred in" vesting time where applicable) then - no, you cannot cash it in.

Your post is a bit confusing. Do you want to cash in or transfer? If the latter what do you want to transfer where?
