Is it just me or has anyone noticed how unhelpful and unfriendly a lot of shop assistants are especially when you look for help in choosing a product, some of them seem to hate their jobs.
Absolutely agree with you, I definately notice a difference when I go north of the border where in general, staff seem to be more friendlier. (and I accept there are plenty of exceptions to the rule)
