Superquinnmovies: Anyone used this web-site to rent dvds? Very poor service.

Has anyone used this web-site to rent dvds? I recently(2 weeks ago) got a 6 weeks trial voucher for unlimited number of films during the 6 week period but to date have only actually received one film and they are impossible to contact on the phone and ignore e-mails. Just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems with them. Would this be considered to be mis-sellign by the Consumer Agency?

I have to agree with you Alexa, their service is terrible, although I'm doing better than you at 1 DVD every 8 days or so, but I return the DVD either the same day I receive it or the next day, so shouldn't take more than 3 or 4 days at most to get the next.
