Ive been using it the past year and must say it is incrediable! For a free product it does exactly what it says on the tin with no catches, no spyware or dodgy things like that.
Yes I've been also using it for a while. Not the most straightforward of interfaces but once you get used to it, it is fine. Incidentally in conjunction with other software, it will convert Youtube videos to mp4 for use on an iPod or PSP... Handy.
