Let's face anyone who invests in the Black Cats must be out of their tiny brain cell. Quinno is fronting a bid as Lineker did at Leicester but I don't think even he would put his 2 cents into a club that had the worst ever performance in the history of the Premiership - 12 points at last count.
If Murray sells something must be wrong - the club unfortunately may be sweated and sold off in parts - look at Leeds United and Southampton both disappearing into Championship mediocrity.
It is a good club with a good ground but with a disillusioned fan base who have had it tough on recent years.
2006-7 will be a dangerous time for the Wearsiders when the parachute money and shirt income dries up.
