Sunday Pub Grub - Not Carvery

I live in the Dublin 15 area. We don't eat out every Sunday, but from time to time we treat ourselves. What frustrates me is the lack of pubs that have their 'normal' menu available on a Sunday. Instead they do Carvery.
Does anyone know of a good pub in this area that does an A la Carte menu on a Sunday?
 
Would you venture as far as Phibsboro? AFAIK the Porterhouse North does their A la Carte menu or have you checked out the 12th Lock?
