sun in europe now and a three/four day escape

hi everyone, happy new year to you all.

I have checked aer lingus and ryan air and google but am still unsure of where is hot now and where the sun will shine for a three to four day getaway. Flights are not kind to those with limited time. Is Alicante hot in early February, where else would the sun shine and be easy to get to? I can fly out Thursday but need to return on Sunday pm.

Alicante would not be particularly hot in Feb. Might be more pleasant than here but not warm. You might consider Fuerteventuira or another Canary Island? Morocco is quite pleasant but not to everyone's taste.

Don't think you will find any part of mainland Spain 'hot' in Feb. Know a few people who were in the Southern part of Spain in last week and its around 15/16C. Nice but not hot.

Canaries are your closest/best bet for temps in the 20s at this time of year.
