Sun holiday ideas for France

Hi all,

My girlfriend and I are thinking about going to France for a week next year for our sun holidays. Any advice from where people have gone for a sun holiday which is kinda off the normal destination circuit would be really appreciated.

Any feedback would be great. Thanks in advance.

Anywhere along the Cote D'Azur. We stayed in Cap D'ail twice and it is beautiful. Other places to stay are Menton, Nice, Cannes
 
We have just come back from south of France and stayed in Antibes....... as the previous poster said anywhere along the Cote D'Azur is just fabulous. I would highly recommned Antibes but really there are so many places to choose from. Food is just fabulous as is everything else in that region. Easy to drive around and you also have the choice of using the train to get around ... there is Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Eze, Grasse., Villefrance-sur-Mer all very easy to get to and all well worth going to. The choice is just endless!

Will be going back again definitely......
