summer hols with young teenagers

was looking at booking summer hols with my wife and kids(13&14yr old)and their cousins also 13&14yr old. was on ryanair looking at mallorca can get 6 return flights from aug 1 for €1,177. looking at renting a villa for 10 or 12 days. which resorts should i be looking at as i havent been to mallorca before.,or feel free to make alternative suggestions bearing in mind 2 14yr old boys and 2 13yr old girls into water parks, water sports etc. also would like varied choice of eating out at night. my preferance is for villas. thanks in advance
