to solve an argument..>I am pretty sure you can get a 'White' Pinot Noir but no-one else seems to think so. Even though it seems counter intuitive I am pretty sure I am right. Anyone know the name of any bottles of White Pinot Noir that can prove my case. tks

well - you can always produce a White wine from Red grapes, though not vice-versa. Whether or not anyone would do it is another question.
Technically Champagne - Blanc de Noirs - (using only Pinot Noir) would be a white (sparkling) wine. If you Google it you can easily find other examples like :
