Subtitles default on Chorus

My TV is defaulting to subtitles when I change channels using Chorus. I have the aerial on the roof type. I know how to change it to stop the titles coming up each time but I can't figure out a way from keeping it from defaulting back to subtitles. Any one know? By the way it only started about 3 months ago and I don't know if I did anything to cause it. I have the same system in another room and no problem in there.!!

Give them a call & they will talk you through changing it, had that problem too and it relates to some change they made to settings few months ago. Very easy to fix but I cant remember the sequence of menu etc you have to go into.
