A company in ireland are considering opening a subsidiary company in the UK. They have approached me to run this for them. Basically up sticks and move to the UK. So I am trying to gather relevant information in order to make an informed decision on the merits of this. This particular company would like me to put together a proposal for this venture.
Could someone explain to me
What are the steps I should follow
I am pretty much a blank canvas on this so the more information the better.
What would a good deal for me look like? I know this is relevant to my situation but in general what would be the best case scenario.
Basically my function will be to drive sales in the UK under the umbrella of a subsidiary. The company is very successful and have in thier sights a trade sale or listing down the line. So I would potentialy like to have a % of this. I know nothing is gaurenteed but this is in their sights.
Okay so any input will be more than I have now, if my questions are naive then good because I want to change that. Thank you all for your time
