Hi All,
Not sure if this is the right place to post. I am looking at renting a room in an apartment where the current tennant has signed the lease with the owner. She is looking for deposit and rent to be paid directly into her account. I realise this is not out of the ordinary, and she seems perfectly genuine but just wondering what precautions I should be taking before setting all this up...?
Any advice?
