Study leave for part time diploma

Hi,

Has anyone any thoughts/experience of what typical study leave an employer would give for a part time diploma (over 1 year)?

I did a post grad diploma a few years ago - my employer gives exam leave, up to 2 days per year, not study leave. If I wanted time off to study, it was either annual or unpaid leave that had to be taken.

Are you doing this on your employer's request? if so, they should be more flexible.
 
half day a week to attend local lectures and 1/2day for sitting the exam, and a day study leave per exam to a max of 3 a year
and they'll pay for the course fees also
