Hi I will be returning to Ireland next year to attend University. I will perhaps need a bank loan to cover some of the cost as I will not receive any grants. I have lived abroad for three years (outside the EU) and have been 'inactive' regarding my Irish bank accounts etc. Any one have any ideas? For example, should I return earlier than I'm meant to to negotiate with them? Is a student loan still easily accessible? Thanks for your time,
