Structural Engineer Required

Hey There,

I'm looking to get a structual survey done on a house in the Limerick area. If anyone can make a recommendation on a qualified surveyor/architect/engineer in the region that would be great. Please PM me if that suits better.

Also, what kind of ball park figure are we talking about to have a structural survey \ boundary survey done. House is over 2000 sq ft.

We got a survey done on the delvin road (3 miles form the town)

Our house was 2,100 sq ft, the report covered everything including the well and septic tank. The cost was €400 (including VAT).

The guy also gave us a good deal on our BER certificate for the house we are selling in Lakepoint Park, Mullingar, the cost of that was €200 including VAT and SEI fees!!

I strongly recommend that you shop around, we found that there was a great deal of differences in prices.
