structural engineer needed south county dublin

Hi,
I have had a building survey done on a house i have gone sale agreed on.
The building survey says that due to crack found in the external walls that he recommends a structural engineer take a look at them.

I thought he should do that.

Any recommendations?
Potential costs to look at the external crack in the house?
