Structural damage - required to inform prospective buyers?

I had a problem with builders that is now all sorted.

My house was not built to standard, I complained and the builders eventually sorted it. It exceeds all required standards now.

If I sell my house am I obliged to inform the incoming owners of the difficulties I had and the repairs made?

I don't think so based on what you have said. Presumably the work is all to official building regulation standards etc.? Did you get it surveyed to ensure that it is all OK? Can you expand on the nature of the problems and remedial action required?
