hey guys,

Does anyone know why "Strick off listed" appears as company status on CRO website? I thought it was time for Annual return at beginning.

so I submitted B1 form today, but the CRO website still shows "Strick Off Listed Strike Off, Effective date: 07/02/2010" on company status and next AR date is due on next year.

It could be a Revenue Strike Off - Do you have a Form 11 FCRO outstanding. Are you tax registered?
They seem to do these in batches.

Nope.

From last 3 years balance sheet, figures were 0 anyway.

Company was registered in 2005, but no assets, no bank accounts and etc, no trading history as well.

any advice if this is the case?

You will find that you haven't returned one of those Form 11F Cro forms. Check your records and see if you have. You need to contact the CRO to see if this is the case for the strike off. If so, you need to complete the form and return it. the stike off will then be cleared.

The Revenue section who deal with this are in O'Connell Street. If you phone there, they will direct you.
