Strange error message when looking up a website

I have tried to look up http://www.hermitageclinic.ie/ which is the private hospital in Lucan both today and last week. I get this message.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /contact/contact-details/ on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any idea how to solve this gremlin?

Works fine for me.

Are you accessing it from work? Could your administrator have blocked you accessing it? Presumably not, as you would get the messages from other sites as well.

The most common cause of 403 error is where the site forbids specific directory access and insists you use the normal .ie. Were you trying to access a specific directory on the site such as /contact, or were you going straight to the www.hermitageclinic.ie ?

Thanks both for the replies.

Personal laptop, looked up before and never had a problem, assumed last week was some glitch but can't access today either. I can't access www.hermitageclinic.ie or any of the www.hermitageclinic.ie/ various folders

I don't have an urgent need, was looking for some email addys there.
