We bought a boru 20kw stove 21/2 years ago. Stupidly we forgot to send off the warranty card.
I noticed a medium sized crack on the body of the stove where the door closes. The stove has been well looked after And we only burn the fuel they advise.
I contacted boru about it and they asked me to forward a picture which I did.
I got a letter today basically saying because they don't have our warranty on file its not their problem.
Do I have any rights?
