Storage Heater servicing

We have a number of these heaters in our apartment and depsite the fact that we've lived there for a number of years we're not 100% certain on how we should be using them. We use the one in the sitting room all the time but the others are off as one doesn't work and we're not sure about how to use the others!!

Does anyone know of a professional in this area, also may sound like a stupid question but do I need a plumber or electrician to service them?
 
That would be an electrician.
If you post the makers name we may be able to point you to instructions online which might save you a call out.
The only professional I know in this area is Clubman, but I don't think he does house calls.
